  • Finalizing our budget under our current cash position shortfall.
  • Working with our contractors to prioritize landscaping and maintenance work to fit with our expected cash position while meeting our planned April startup.
  • Winter work
    - graffiti removal as required (again),
    - useful interaction with City and other Associations,
    - investigate other revenue sources to help offset any increase in Annual Fees

April - June 2010:

  • Commencing winter-repair landscaping and ongoing maintenance w/ initiation of water into irrigation systems.
  • Spring newsletter will be sent out to Home Owners.
  • Annual Rent Fees for calendar year 2010 (& any outstanding prior-year amounts with interest) will be invoiced, to be due June 30.
  • Further action on intentionally delinquent fees as necessary.
  • Graffiti and vandalism response.

July - September 2010:

  • Ongoing landscaping and maintenance work.
  • Social Program - facilitate and/or manage events both development-wide (ie garage sales) and in smaller areas (such as block parties).
  • Graffiti and vandalism response.

October - December 2010:

  • Wrap-up landscaping and maintenance, including blowout of irrigation systems.
  • Graffiti and vandalism response.

2010 Annual General Meeting

  • discuss annual activity & finances
  • election of new Directors
  • vote on potential major increase in 2011 Fees to meet Budget needs (possibly 100% higher Fees).

What you can do:

  • report any vandalism and graffiti to the WSFHOA, the police (266-1234) and the City complaint line (311).
  • help us prevent a huge increase to your 2011 Annual Fees!
  • encourage your Home Owner neighbors to pay all outstanding fees immediately!
  • volunteer any ideas you have to the WSFHOA on increasing our revenues
  • come out to the AGM and volunteer to be a Director (no pay but lots of good things to do!)
